Green Light Collins

The new Swedish mojito with an aquavit-only base, developed by Story Hotel bartenders in Stockholm.
For how many persons?
Ingredients for 1 person (1 person)
*Sorrel syrup
75 g garden sorrel syrup
300 ml water
200 ml sugar
Sorrel syrup preparation
Mix 75 g of garden sorrel (it provides a better texture than wild sorrel) with 50 cl of simple syrup in a blender.
For the simple syrup, be sure to use six parts of sugar and four parts of water.
That’s it! The sorrel syrup will keep its freshness up to a few days in the fridge.
Cocktail preparation
Measure ingredients in a shaker.
Shake and filter into a collins glass filled with ice.
Top off with soda and garnish with a lemon wedge.
