cosmOPolitan
A Swedish drink rendering an audaciously fruity and spicy interpretation of the Cosmopolitan – notably with aquavit instead of vodka.

Ingredients for 1 person (1 person)
- 50 ml O.P. Anderson Original
- 20 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 10 ml Peach liqueur
- 1 Fresh strawberry
- 5 ml Fresh ginger juice
- Orange zest to garnish
Preparation
Add simple syrup and strawberry to the shaker. Muddle, then pour the rest of the ingredients into the shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously.
Fine strain into a fancy cocktail glass and garnish with a flamed orange zest.
