Ingredients for 1 person (1 person)
- 30 ml Koskenkorva Sauna Barrel
- 20 ml Sweet vermouth
- 15 ml Cola syrup
- dash Absinthe
Preparation
Put mint leaves in the cup, rub them gently with a muddler, add crushed ice.
Pour ingredients over ice and churn.
Top with crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
Cola syrup:
Simmer cola in a sauce pan until about one fifth of the liquid is left. Let syrup cool down and bottle for storage.
