- 8 cl True Colors Cava
- 2 cl Xanté
- 10 mint leaves
- crushed ice
Preparation
Take a bunch of mint leaves and hit them between your hands to release the aroma and put them in a wine glass.
Measure Xanté liqueur in the glass and fill it with crushed ice.
Pour True Colours Cava gently on the ice, stir, add ice if needed and garnish with mint leaves.
