Farmer's julep

Mint Julep in village style.

Ingredients for 1 person

Koskenkorva Sauna Barrel

ml
Sweet vermouth
15
ml
Cola syrup
dash
Absinthe

Preparation

  • Put mint leaves in the cup, rub them gently with a muddler, add crushed ice.
  • Pour ingredients over ice and churn.
  • Top with crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig.

Cola syrup:

  • Simmer cola in a sauce pan until about one fifth of the liquid is left. Let syrup cool down and bottle for storage.
