Ingredients

4 cl O.P. Anderson Original Aquavit
1.5 cl Lemon juice
2 cl Lingonberry syrup
2 dashes Salt water (10%)
1 cl Egg white
3 cl Porter beer
Garnish: Dried lingonberries & roasted dark bread

Preparation steps

Measure all ingredients in a shaker.
Shake with ice & fine strain into a coupette.
Garnish with dried lingonberries & roasted dark bread.
