Lemon juice

Sugar snap juice*

ml
Simple syrup
Pinch of salt
Garnish: Sugar snap peas

Preparation

  • * Sugar snap juice: Juice the sugar snaps in a juicer, or if you don’t have a juicer: Start the cocktail by adding 3 sugar snaps to a shaker and muddle with the simple syrup before adding the rest of the ingredients
  • Cocktail: Measure and pour the O.P. Anderson KLAR, sugar snap juice and lemon juice into a shaker, add ice and shake hard. Fine strain into a coupette.
  • Garnish with fresh snap peas & a pinch of salt.
